​印務公司印刷機側規拉紙滾輪壓力過大(或過小),造成套印不準。在印刷過程中,側規拉紙滾輪擺上擺下,擺下時壓紙、拉紙定位;擺上時讓紙、遞紙牙叼紙帶走交給壓紙滾筒進行印刷。因此,拉紙滾輪的壓紙力大小每次必須一致,才能保證紙張定位準確。壓力過大造成紙張變形,壓紙滾輪不能正常滾動,使紙張不能順利拉到定位板定位或損壞紙張;壓力過小,壓紙滾輪與滾輪之間摩擦力太小,會造成紙張打滑滯後,使紙張拉不到位,因此造成套印不準,這時需要檢查或調整拉紙滾輪的壓力。

排除的方法:調整側規,擰動調節螺絲,改變壓簧的壓縮程度,用拉紙條的方法進行。讓側規壓紙滾輪壓住紙張,用手拉紙條有力而不斷即可。有時印刷不同厚度的紙張時,可以更換彈簧,厚紙用壓力大的彈簧,薄紙用壓力小的彈簧。
