印務公司印刷機側規內部有異物,造成套印不準。其原因是:在膠印機上印刷時,紙張經過定位後發現一頭到位,另一頭不到位,靠近側規處慢靠外邊快,此時只能順點機器,讓紙張慢速到達前規定位,發現前規無問題,接著分析側規定位情況,紙張進入側規至拉紙時間沒有問題,再看拉完紙定位後,若發現拉斜,側拉紙時使紙張變位的原因是什麽,再仔細觀察可發現固定側規軸上銷釘的小螺絲沒有固定好,致使銷釘脫離固定螺孔,進入側規內部,造成拉紙不準影響套印準確性。

排除的方法:將螺釘重新固定在原來的位置上,用螺絲刀固定緊好,再重新用偏心輪調整好即可。
