印刷公司機器常見故障可採用下列方法

(1)分析法。

膠印故障發生後,有多種找出產生故障原因的方法,而在各種方法中,分析法找出故障原因的速度是最快的。所謂分析法,就是根據產生故障的時間、部位、條件、形狀四個方面進行分析的方法。將這四個方面的主觀因素逐項列出,然後進行綜合分析,許多故障便能迎刃而解。

(2)檢測法。

就是利用放大鏡、千分尺、千分表、同徑儀、振動示波儀、密度儀等工具和檢測儀器,對故障進行觀察,對機件進行檢查和測量,從而找出故障的原因。

(3)試驗法。

就是一種試一試的做法,通常耗時長,容易走彎路,可能會給生產帶來一定的損失。一旦找準了原因,排除了故障,操作者不僅積累了經驗,而且也提高了技術。
