畫冊印刷廠著墨輥與印版之間壓力過重或過輕會出現以下的問題

(1)著墨輥與印版之間壓力過重,機器在運轉中會產生跳,墨輥在跳動時,必然會影響著墨輥與串墨輥之間的壓力,振動還會產生墨痕,而這條墨痕反映到版面上時,就會在印品上產生墨杠。另外,著墨輥與印版壓力過重,增大了與版面的摩擦,從而破壞了印版上的砂目,降低了空白部分的親水性能,引起臟版。再有就是破壞了圖文基礎,影響了網點的光潔,造成花版、發糊等現象。

(2)著墨輥與印版壓力過輕,墨輥上的油墨不能很好地被版面圖文吸收,圖文因得不到足夠的油墨量,使印刷品印痕顯得不實在、發灰,在酸性潤版液的侵蝕下,還容易破壞圖文基礎,造成網點不實、花版等現象。
