In the printing process, especially for monochrome offset printing machines, whether it is y, m, C, BK four-color printing, trademark, packaging decoration, it is often necessary to clean and change the ink, clean the entire ink supply system of the offset printing machine, and then replace it with new ink. The ink scraper of the ink washing device consists of a rubber knife, an ink collection tank, and a tightening and loosening adjustment screw.

Ink washing process: Pour gasoline and car wash water onto the ink roller, install the scraper in the ink washing tank, tighten the adjustment screw, and make the rubber knife contact the corresponding ink roller surface of the offset printing machine at a 40 ° angle. The ink roller moves vertically and horizontally, and the old ink and gasoline on the ink delivery system are continuously scraped into the ink receiving tank through the rubber knife.
Ink color changes cleanly and thoroughly, playing a key role in accurately grasping printing colors. Only by washing the ink clean can the color be correct, bright, and accurate. In the actual process of ink color changing, the following points should be noted:
1. Install an ink scraper device on the offset press. When the ink color changes or other factors require cleaning of the ink roller, the ink scraper device must be installed. The eccentric pin shafts at both ends of the ink tank are placed in the opening slots of the support shaft fixed on the offset press wall panel, and the adjustment nut is fixed at the opening of the square iron block on the wall panel. Then start the offset printing machine, tighten the adjustment nut, and slowly make the rubber blade touch the surface of the ink roller. The contact pressure of the adjusting screws on both ends should be uniform. The glue knife should have even contact with all parts of the ink roller and be able to completely wipe away ink stains.
2. When cleaning ink, in order to thoroughly and cleanly remove all ink accumulation and ink color marks on the ink rollers, it is best to pour gasoline from the upper part of the ink delivery section onto the ink rollers near the ink tank area, so that the cleaned waste ink flows into the ink receiving tank from the upper part of the rubber blade. After a period of cleaning, the ink rollers can be cleaned.
3. After cleaning the ink rollers and ink tanks of the ink conveying components, wipe them clean with a clean, soft, and clean cloth head. The cloth head should be free of fiber fluff and have good water absorption performance.
4. The installation position of the cleaning mechanism scraper should be accurate, and the rubber scraper should maintain the same distance and contact pressure with the ink roller surface.
5. After cleaning, wipe the cloth smoothly and quickly. When the offset printing machine is running, do not let the cloth get caught up in the ink roller.
6. When cleaning and changing colors, the operator is required to spray gasoline evenly and appropriately from the ink roller, without splashing gasoline anywhere.
7. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the workshop to prevent fires when ink changes color during washing.
8. Attention should be paid to the safety of ink rollers during the use of offset printing machines.
