What paper should be used for table printing?

Table printing is the label form we usually use, mostly printed on double adhesive paper because it has smooth writing and good ink absorption, making it the best printing form of paper. According to customer needs, 55g/60g/70g/80g double adhesive paper is often used for printing during overprinting, and the thicker the paper, the thicker it is. Sometimes 55g/m2 pressure-sensitive carbonless paper is used, which is a label sheet with replication function. Pressure sensitive carbonless copy paper is generally composed of an upper layer paper and a lower layer paper Coat the upper layer of the paper with microcapsules containing coloring agents. The lower layer is made of paper, and a color developer is applied to the front of the base paper. When in use, due to the pressure of the pen or the impact of the typewriter, microcapsules are destroyed, colorless coloring agents flow out and are absorbed by the coloring agents, while chemical reactions occur.

Notes to be taken into account in label design documents:

The size of the table should be based on the size of the finished product, with a 3mm bleeding area on all sides.

To prevent the content of the cutting blade, it is necessary to separate the text content from the edge by at least 3 millimeters and convert the text into a curve.

3. Please fill in the C.M.Y.K color scheme for all object colors in the document, do not use dot colors.

4. Try to avoid filling in four colors, black text should be filled in K 100 (or consult online customer service), and avoid printing text with double shadows.
