印刷紙張生產中為什麽要加入填料

紙張生產中加入填料的目的主要有以下幾點:


(1)提高紙張的白度和不透明度;


(2)提高紙張平滑度


(3)增大紙頁總孔隙率;


(4)增加對油墨的吸收能力;


(5)提高緊度;


(6)降低成本


但填料添加太多會導致紙張的機械強度下降,並且在印刷中容易出現掉粉掉毛的現象。填料在紙張中的含量一般為10%15%。常用的填料有滑石粉、硫酸鋇、碳酸鈣、鈦白粉、高嶺土等。
