金屬成型品主要為金屬罐類容器，金屬成型品印刷機往往是針對某一類產品印刷的專用印設備。

金屬成型品主要為金屬罐類容器，金屬成型品印刷機往往是針對某一類產品印刷的專用印設備。


合金屬罐的生產包括了罐體成型和印刷加工的整個過程，現在應用較普遍的金屬罐主要是令鐵罐成鋁罐，成型後都要先經過洗凈、


錶面處理後再進行塗裝和印刷塗裝機組與印刷同步工作，印劇速度一般在40=120個/分範圍內。


金屬罐印刷機組目前主要以凸版膠印為主流，即使用凸版的膠印印刷設備。所用凸版可以是金屬凸版，也可以是感光性樹脂版，金屬罐四色凸版膠印機進行四色印刷時，


四色印版滾筒上的圖文先轉印到橡皮滾筒B上，然後再轉移到裝在轉盤芯軸上的成型物錶面。也可先塗布白色漆作為底色，然後再用印刷機進行直接印刷。


上光機組設在印刷機組之後，一般採用濕式塗布輥型的塗布方式。印刷油墨與單張金屬板印刷基本相同。因印刷速度較高，故應選用低黏度的油墨


，並採用乾燥性能良好的連結料。金屬罐經印刷、上光後，便可送入乾燥裝置進行加熱乾燥。
